Renewed Spirit 7 Bedroom Cabin with Heated Pool

We had a wonderful family vaca and stayed in this great house. We all had plenty of space to be together or apart. It was a perfect place for us to get together and have fun. Loved the pool, hot tub, game room. Many board games were played at the table. Not far from town. I hope we can return.

Second time we’ve stayed in the mountains. Our host was not very attentive this time and many minor issues were not addressed. Example - toilet seat broken, most windows without screens, movie chairs broke, ripped screen in outdoor living area, etc. nothing that took away from the fun, but did disappoint me. The selling point of this cabin was the garage doors in the pool room that opened onto the deck. Perfect set up for kids who want to swim all day and parents who don’t want to be stuck in a loud steamy pool room! More designs should include this feature. Many times I found kids in the pool and all four of my grown children and their spouses hanging out on the deck outside the pool! We love tennessee, can’t wait to look for the perfect cabin for our next biannual trip!

I think it was one of the worst days that we’ve ever stayed in a cabin. That was so beautiful and nothing worked there the game room down downstairs none of the games work but one and then the breaker box kept breaking and turning off everything and we found eyelashes in the pool eyelashes in our bed. We had a dirty towel in the kitchen that was folded up. It looked like salsa or something was on it. When we unfolded it is all around was just not satisfied at all, and then I contacted management property manager. He still not contacted me back. This has been two weeks now and I do not suggest that anyone is looking for something with the pool tube for this one. The Jets on the hot tub would not work properly nor was the water hot. It was very light warm that’s about it cannot get it to work at all. Still no one will help us and check out time was 10 o’clock. They were already there to make us leave like at 9:15 was rushed out of there and I was just very displeased for the amount of money I had to pay to stay at this place and still haven’t no response back from the property manager.
